North America’s largest and most prestigious international contemporary art fair, returns to the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) in South BeachDecember 5-7, with over 280 galleries from more than 40 countries showcasing works by thousands of emerging, mid-career, established and blue-chip artists. 

Beyond the glitz and glamour, Greater Miami and Miami Beach is also home to colorful, artsy Wynwood. The New World Symphony, America’s Orchestral Academy (NWS), prepares graduates of music programs for leadership roles in professional orchestras and ensembles. Since its co-founding in 1987 by Artistic Director Laureate Michael Tilson Thomas and Lin and Ted Arison, NWS has helped launch the careers of nearly 1,300 alumni worldwide.

HistoryMiami Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate located in downtown Miami,  safeguards and shares Miami stories to foster learning, inspire a sense of place, and cultivate an engaged community. We connect people by telling the stories of our communities, individuals, places and events. 

The Museum of Art and Design at Miami Dade College and MDC Special Collections are currently closed while the Freedom Tower undergoes necessary renovations. MOAD will continue its mission by presenting offsite programming across the city on the college’s various campuses.

The Coral Gables Museum, in downtown Coral Gables, is housed in a historically designated coral stone building. The Museum celebrates the civic arts of architecture, urban design and planning, sustainable development and preservation - architectural, cultural and environmental.
